You can tell management and maintenance takes pride in their apartments and are always striving for the best. Whenever I have a work order placed, it is taken care of and looked after with 110% within 1-2 days. Any problems, major or minor, is taken seriously and anything that can be done will be done to aide or fix it. I enjoy where I live, the exterior and pool is nice, the interior is nice. Ever since the extra parking lot was constructed and built, limited parking does not seem to be a problem with the availability for visitors to park in the back lot. Yes, this is an older complex, but I find things being updated and worked on every day.

For the past 4 years my family has lived at Mason Park. It is very well located for shopping, movies, roadways, hospitals, etc. the staff is led by Shelly. They are very professional and Shelly knows how to run a community. The maintenance guys are always here when you need them. There is security on property and many amenities.

I toured the complex once by myself and I was so impressed that took my mother to view the apartments. The complex was so clean and well kept; they were immaculate!! Mrs.Terry, the manager, was so nice and welcoming. This is a perfect place for seniors like my mother. Apartment amenities include microwaves, covered patios/balconies, 9' ceilings that breathe plenty of space, fire sprinklers, and laundry connections and more.
The community location provides excellent opportunities for sports, golf, entertainment, and dining options. The Grand Parkway and the I-10 are easily accessible. The apartments are located at 2243 N Mason Rd, Katy TX 77449. The community is beautiful, the grounds are kept neat and clean. The pool sparkles, the dog park is nice and clean.
